Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requests, can recommend it. Appreciated our stay, had great 1 day overall. The breakfast was delightful and outstanding with home baked pastries and toast, as for instance and served by the welcoming staff. The atmosphere created was family.

Friendly professional and very friendly staff, everything fairly clean.
Perfect location to Glamorgan War Memorial. Also - short walk to the beach and city, many areas in Tasmania outside the larger urban centres, and restaurants and touring...

The Meredith House is a very pleasant b&b in a historic house that is owned and run by two interesting and helpful hosts. The room was well appointed and pleasant. Breakfast was a delight with fresh baked muffins and lovely eggs. Laundry services were on site. The House is in Swansea which has several adequate restaurants for dinner and provides easy access to local parks and beaches.
The bed was too hard.

I could not recommend this B&B any higher. The breakfast was to die for and service excellent. Being close to Coles Bay, Wineglass Bay and areas made Swansea an excellent base camp. The local food establishments recommended to us were also very good.

The accommodation was perfect, our hosts were charming and couldn't be more helpful. They were very knowledgable and gave excellent advice on points of interest and even knew who and what to recommend en route to our next destination. The breakfast was nothing short of wonderful. Thank you Noel and Neil.
The outdoor staircase could be hazardous in poor weather.

We were impressed by its location overlooking the town. It is an attractive beautiful old building. We were madee to feel very welcome. Our room was decorated to suit its age and the bed was extremely comfortable. The landing and public rooms were also attractive with an eclectic mix of pictures, books, etc.giving it a homely feel. The breakfast was the best we had ever been offered, includiung an amazing home-made fruit smoothie which everyone was sampling. We were given a basket of breads and pastries, which were delicious. The cooked breakfast was very generous. We had been travelling for the previous four weeks, staying one or two nights in each place. We both agreed that Meredith House was the best we had stayed in.
We alive in an old house ourselves, so accept that each house has its own idiosyncracies. The water system has a noisy air-lock which I am sure a good plumber could rectify.
